HOW TO REGISTER USING A MOBILE DEVICE
Registering for MHSD connect is quick and easy. Follow these simple steps to register:
STEP 1: Share your email address. Simply provide us with your email address by calling 504-568-3130 or while in clinic share your email address with our front desk staff.
STEP 2: Download the MHSD Connect app. Search MHSD CONNECT in either the Apple App Store or Google Play. Download by clicking “Get” or “Install.”
STEP 3: Open the MHSD Connect App.
STEP 4: Create a Password
STEP 5: Select how you would like to receive appointment reminders and notifications. You can choose Email, SMS Text Messaging, or Voice Calls
STEP 6: Setup your audio and video for telehealth. This setup will ensure your telehealth session will work on your device. MHSD Connect uses the Zoom video conferencing platform.
That’s it, you’re now ready to enjoy MHSD Connect! You can join Telehealth sessions, manage appointments, receive appointment reminders, and so much more..

To complete registration on a laptop or computer, please follow these steps:

STEP 2: Check you email. You will receive an email from ” Metropolitan Human Services District”
STEP 3: Open the email and click the registration link.
STEP 4: Create a Password
