- If the label on your medication container shows you have refills available: Call your pharmacy for refill.
- If the container shows zero refills: Your first step will be to call your pharmacy. Your pharmacy will communicate the request to us. We will communicate directly to your pharmacy saving you time on your refill.
- If we have questions regarding your refill request, we will call you at the phone number you have provided. If your phone number has changed, please notify us as soon as possible.
- There are times when your doctor will want to meet with you before renewing or continuing a medication. We will contact you if that is the case.
