The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to obtain competitive proposals from bona fide, qualified proposers who are interested in providing Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) services for  Metropolitan Human Services District (MHSD).  Proposers are required to follow the directions in the Request for Proposals and Budget Form below, or the proposal will not be reviewed or considered.  Contact information may be found in the Notice to Proposers.
