TO: All District Staff

 

I want to be sure that each of you understand that the Executive staff of the District have an open door policy.  We are available to anyone in the District who would like to engage us in a discussion.  My email address is cjohnso6@dhh.la.gov however if you are uncomfortable with sending something to that address you can send it my other email address which is Fourwakes@aol.com. 

 

The Executive staff consist of Arlene Ellison-Brent,abrent@dhh.la.gov , Dr. Craig Coenson , cjcoenson@dhh.la.gov Cory turner cturner1@dhh.la.gov , Cathy Storm cstorm@dhh.la.gov , Diane Roberson Droberso@dhh.la.gov , Donna Francis dfrancis1@dhh.la.gov , Michele Duplantiermduplant@dhh.la.gov  Seton Jenkins sjenkins1@dhh.la.gov and Theresa Richards tcrichar@dhh.la.gov.  Our doors are always open.  We encourage you to talk to us.  It is by way of engaging discussion that we learn about the District and staff can learn about us.

 

This goes above and beyond our chain of command policy.  Engaging anyone of the Executive staff in a discussion is perfectly fine.  However if you have a grievance with either your supervisor or ultimately with me we have a chain of command policy (Number 3081) which you should reference.  I have taken the liberty of adding it to the web  site.  If I am incapable of answering your grievance then the proper place to carry it is to the Board of Directors.  The Board of Directors is the governing authority of the District.
